1. About these terms
These terms apply to anyone who uses catalyztinfotech.com, enquires about a course, attends a demo class or enrols with Catalyzt Infotech Software Solutions LLP ("Catalyzt", "we", "us"). By enrolling or submitting an enquiry, you agree to them.

2. Enquiries, counselling and free demo class
Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a seat or create any payment obligation. A counsellor will contact you to understand your background and suggest a suitable course.
One free demo class is offered per person before enrolment, subject to batch availability. The demo is for you to judge the teaching; it is not a commitment from either side.
3. Enrolment, fees and payment
Your seat is confirmed only after the registration fee (amount shown on your fee receipt) is paid and you receive a written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) with your batch details.
- Course fees are shared at counselling and on the fee receipt; fees vary by course, mode (classroom or online) and batch.
- GST, where applicable, is charged at the prevailing rate and shown on your fee receipt.
- Instalments, if offered, must be paid by the dates on your receipt. If an instalment is more than 15 days overdue, we may pause class access until it is paid.
- We accept payment online or at our office by UPI, net banking / bank transfer, debit or credit card, or cash, always against a receipt. We do not accept payments to personal accounts of staff.
- Any discount or offer applies only if it is written on your receipt.
4. Refund, cancellation and batch transfer

Refunds are paid to the original payment method within 15 working days of an approved written request to catalyztinfotech@gmail.com.
5. Batches, schedule and attendance
- Course duration, timings and start dates are indicative and may change for trainer availability, holidays or batch size. We will inform you at least 24 hours before any change and offer a make-up session where a class is cancelled by us.
- Missed classes are your responsibility. Where available, you may attend the same topic in another batch or watch a session recording.
- Online classes need a stable internet connection and a laptop at the student's own cost; we are not responsible for sessions you miss because of your own device or connection.
- A minimum attendance of 75% and completion of the project are needed to receive the course certificate.
6. Placement support — no job guarantee
Catalyzt does not guarantee a job, interview, salary or placement. Hiring decisions are made only by employers.
Placement support, for eligible students who complete the course, includes:
- Resume and LinkedIn profile guidance
- Mock technical and HR interviews
- Sharing job openings and, where available, interview referrals
Placement support is available for 6 months after course completion and may depend on attendance, project completion and interview readiness.
7. Certification
On completing the course requirements, you receive a Catalyzt course-completion certificate. This is not an SAP certification.
Official SAP certification exams are conducted by SAP. Exam booking and fees are paid directly to SAP and are not included in Catalyzt course fees unless your receipt says so. Our training prepares you for the exam but does not guarantee a pass.
8. Course material and system access
Notes, presentations, recordings and exercises are for your personal learning only. You may not copy, sell, upload or share them without our written permission.
Access to the SAP practice system and recordings is personal, ends 30 days after your course ends, and may be withdrawn if it is shared or misused. Classes may be recorded for teaching and quality purposes.
9. Student conduct
Students must treat trainers, staff and other students with respect. Harassment, abusive behavior, damage to property or misuse of the practice system may lead to removal from the course without a refund, after a written warning except in serious cases.
10. Website use and trademarks
We try to keep course details, durations and syllabus on this website accurate, but they may change without notice; the details confirmed at enrolment apply.
SAP, S/4HANA, ABAP, BTP and related names are trademarks of SAP SE. Catalyzt is an independent training institute and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of SAP SE, unless stated otherwise. Other product names belong to their owners.
Links to other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
11. Communication and privacy
When you submit an enquiry, you agree that Catalyzt may contact you by phone call, WhatsApp, SMS or email about the course you asked for. You can stop these messages at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or emailing us.
How we collect, use and protect your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Catalyzt's total liability for any claim about a course is limited to the fees you paid for that course. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost job opportunities or income. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
13. Changes, governing law and grievances
We may update these terms; the version on this page with its "last updated" date applies. Changes do not affect fees or refund terms already agreed on your receipt.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
